Diamond drill bits
Identify diameter, working length, total length, connection/thread, reinforcement, machine and cooling requirements. A hole saw and a construction core bit require different information.
PCD / PCBN inserts
Provide the ISO designation or drawing, cutting material, grade, insert geometry, thickness, corner radius and edge preparation. State workpiece grade, hardness, interruption and finish requirements.
